Truth Checklist
✅ What Real Successful Traders DO
- Trade in private — no livestream flex
- Show long-term verified results (MyFXBook, broker statements)
- Respect risk — usually ~1% per trade
- Backtest + forward test their edge
- Stay humble — no ego warfare
- Teach clearly, not mysteriously
- Focus on process over followers
- Lose and own it — red days are normal
❌ What Instagram Gurus WON’T Do
- Show full broker statements / MyFXBook links
- Post consistent losing trades or drawdowns
- Risk under 5% — hype needs big wins
- Explain trades with logic (buzzwords only)
- Admit income is from followers not trading
- Prove withdrawals — always “forgot”
- Stick to one strategy (constant rebranding)
- Say “I was wrong” (delete or pivot)
- Last longer than 18 months (most vanish)
- Offer real value free (everything’s a funnel)
